中方将对 53 个非洲建交国实施零关税举措China to Implement Zero-Tariff Measures for 53 African Diplomatic Partners

中方将于 2026 年 5 月 1 日起对 53 个非洲建交国全面实施零关税举措，同时继续推动商签共同发展经济伙伴关系协定，并通过升级 “绿色通道” 等进一步扩大非洲输华产品准入。

China will fully implement zero-tariff measures for 53 African countries with which it has diplomatic relations starting from May 1, 2026. At the same time, it will continue to promote the signing of the Agreement on Joint Development of Economic Partnership, and further expand the access of African products to the Chinese market by upgrading the “Green Channel” and other measures.
