进口红酒通关知识笔记–wordwide.top

如果您的企业准备从国外进口红酒或者啤酒等酒类食品，需要办理与完善如下酒类进口资质：

一、企业具备销售酒类的资格
1、营业执照：经营范围需包含”酒类经营” 或 “食品进出口”，这是首要前提。
2、企业销售红酒或者啤酒，还需要办理食品经营许可证，食品经营许可证书里应该包含销售酒类等食品的范围。
3、一般来说，办理食品经营许可证，需要您有一个正规的经营场所与存储场所。

二、企业办理好酒类进出口权资质
1、进出口权：办理海关备案，酒类流通备案：部分地区有此要求；
2、进口红酒或者啤酒，仅办理上述基础的进出口权手续并不够，还需完善其他相关食品进口手续。
 
三、进口食品收发货人备案
1、食品进口，需要办理进口食品收货人备案，方可通过报检手续；
2、海关对进口食品收货人的信息进行审核，对复审通过的食品收货人名单予以公布。
3、供应商选择 ◦ 确认酒庄备案情况：查询酒庄是否在中国海关备案，查询网址为http://jckspj.customs.gov.cn。
四、中文标签要求：中文标签应符合 GB 7718-2011 标准，需标注品名、原产国、酒精度、净含量、生产日期、经销商信息等内容。

五、要求提供合规文件：如原产地证、卫生证书、成分分析报告等 
 六、报关申报

1、HS 编码：常见红酒 HS 编码为 22042100（葡萄酒，酒精浓度≤15%）

2‘’申报要素：包括品名、酒精度、年份、产区、包装规格、酒庄名、葡萄品种等
六、海关查验与检验检疫
查验内容：海关会核对单证是否一致，检查中文标签是否合规，还会进行抽样检测，检测项目包括酒精、二氧化硫、重金属等，检测时间约为5-10个工作日酒类进口流程
七、进口流程：

1、与外商签订酒类进口合同；
2、外商准备各种进口单据（原产地证、卫生证等）；
3、按照合同约定预付货款，外商发货；或外商先发货，货到付款；
4、到港提货，报检，报关，缴纳相关税费，货物放行；
5、进行法检，标签审核，送样或抽样检验；（检验与抽取样本要求略）
6、放行提货：取得《入境货物检验检疫证明》后，可提货销售。
